It's Waterford, actually, but just down the road from Baldwin & Montcalm. Shout out to DIY Vapor Supply!
2571 Dixie Hwy, Waterford Township, MI 48328.

I don't want to sound like a shill, but they treat me almost like family, never make me feel like I am asking a stupid question.

I get all my liquid supplies, syringes, etc. and Kanthal from them.

They've got an eliquid bar to sample house mixes, but are more than happy to sell you DIY gear.

Hope this helps!

P.S. they are also very friendly and professional on the phone, google their number, if you've got your heart set on a flavor
and want to make sure they have it before making a long ride. They carry TFA/TPA, Capella, and Flavor West.
Man there website is horrible.

Here's a vanilla from '13
(original post here: Sandiej02 Vanilla)

12% Vanilla (any)
12% Bavarian Cream.
Cotton Candy / EM to taste.

I modified it by using Marshmallow instead of Cotton Candy:
12% Vanilla Swirl
12% Bavarian Cream
6% Marshmallow.

Mine is good from the bottle, which I think means it has the possibility to become great after a steep.
The marshmallow should add a creamy sweetness with just a hint of vanilla.
I'll report back after steeping.
I also want to try this with French Vanilla...

Thanks to Bill! The Mango Custard gave me the confidence that a DIY juice can be good from the get-go!
I was starting to get disheartened, having made juices from meh to garbage...
I am also working on a TFA 'Sprite' - Lemon Lime & Cola - I'll let the thread know if something good happens...

Okay, here's the result after a 1-hour CP steep @ 150°...it's still good, not the great in-your-face I was hoping for.
But I take that as a sign that with a little more tweaking, I'll have my Vanilla ADV nailed down.

This run was:
12% Vanilla Swirl
12% Bavarian Cream
6% Marshmallow

The next run will be:
12% French Vanilla
12% Bavarian Cream
6% Cotton Candy

The marshmallow wasn't as sweet as I was hoping for.

That does make me wonder though. I mixed up a bunch of TFA flavors at 20% just to see what it was like as I like strong flavors but most of them came out perfume tasting but a couple came out good. I suspect I will dump them soon if they don't settle down which I dont think they are as it has been about 2 weeks now. But I have also bought some sampler packs from a few vendors and the taste perfume taste is there as well. So i am guessing they are simply adding X% and being done with it. I had orange from a vendor and it tastes like watered-down over-carbonated Fanta or Sunkist; take your pick. Very disappointing. I also made a pineapple and get the exact same crap Fanta taste. I am going to do another test batch @ 5% and see how much of a difference there is.
A lot of recipes in this thread are flavors that I do have on hand and will be trying out.

I don't think there is a difference between strong flavor and properly flavored.

Basically find the individual flavor percentage first, then combine multiple premixed flavors at differing ratios to make a recipe.

Flavor A is best at 10%
Flavor B is best at 6%

Flavors A&B mixed 50:50 yield a total flavor percentage of 8% (5% for flavor A and 3% for flavor B)

Try making recipes using this method, it works out rather well and you'll find that boldly flavored does not mean high flavor percentage.
