I'm definitely going to mix that one as soon as I get home.

Is it safe to assume that 10% EM crystals dissolved in PG/VG would give close, if not same, results?

Not sure. I have the TFA cotton candy which is 10% EM, so probably. I'm thinking about mixing up another trial batch with 1% caramel. I like the taste of caramel but not if it is too sweet. I think this would be a nice addition. It's pretty darn good now though.

Edit - my recipe also has 2 drops per 5 ml apple cider vinegar.

Made to your specs...After a few hot water baths and vigorous agitation, I gave it a whirl. I also think it could use some caramel or brown sugar. I'll let it hang out a few days before I add anything.

The base tasted pretty darn good though. Thanks for the recipe!

Here is the recipe I use for a caramel ry4:
5% ry4 type 1
5% caramel
5% EM

Steep for at least 5 days and :vapor: Let me know how it works

Named it RY4Caramel just to keep it with the other RY's.

When you say ry4 "type 1" do you mean "RY4 Type Flavor" TFA. Could only find "Asian", "Double" and "Type" RY4's. Also, when you say EM do you mean the liquid or the crystals and if the crystals, how do you mix it?

I will tell you I mixed a 30ml batch of a tobacco flavor recommended by a friend. When I tried it, right after mixing, YUCK! I let it sit for two weeks and now it is one of my all day vapes. The flavor change is amazing!

Based on what I have read from other ecf diy'ers, fruit flavored e-juice requires little to no steeping. For others, especially tobacco flavors you need to steep for a few days. I have a tobacco blend that I steep for at least five days prior to vaping at all. When I make fruit flavors I usually vape right away to giving it a day or two, depending on how impatient I am at the time =)

Which is the best version of RY4?

There is no Best - everyones taste are different - Very different in many cases.

TFA Juicy Peach

5%-8% - I use 5%
EM 1%
Smooth 1 drop per 5ml

Let it sit for a couple of days.
This is a nice light accurate peach vape for those times you just need a change.

No (sweat required);)

Welcome! I think it is better after a week. I'm still hooked on it.
