TR-001 multifunctional charger concerns

OK, so i posted this on the technical support forums, nobody seems to know wtf is up. but anyways, plugged in, no batteries in any of the bays, and i get flashing "orange" LEDs put a battery in, no change. is my charger fried? i hope not, i only have 2 fully charged IMR 18650's and 1 that will need to go on the charger today. can't afford another one till next week. it's killing me not knowing, and im afraid to throw the batts on the charger =/

much like the batteries themselves, if the charger is acting up i wouldn't chance using it. hopefully you have a warranty, and if not then perhaps the vendor you purchased from will swap for a good unit.
