Tracking Problem on order # 14440 placed on 20 Oct 2012

Hi Tim,

I've placed an order# 14440 on 20 Oct 2012 and according to the email received, the items was shipped on 21 Oct 2012. Until today the tracking # given to me is still untraceable by the EMS database. I'm guessing that it could be due to the stricter Chinese Customs on eliquid. The ordered that i've made did not include any eliquid. Do you have any clues on the problems. Your assistant is very much appreciated.

All of our packages are now forwarded to different provinces to leave China and are no longer mailed directly in GuangZhou due to customs so we are noticing delays in tracking but I will definitely have this checked out for you.

Hi Tim,

I've just RECEIVED the items today. But somehow the tracking # is not the same as what was email to me previously. Checking from EMS database the item was send from MINHANG on 26 Oct 2012. But anyway i'm glad that the item arrived safely without any delay.
