Tracking says: security return

So made an order from China, and now I got this message on my packet tracking few days after it was marked as shipped:

"Dongguan Interchange Bureau" Return, note: security return

Have you ever seen this, what does it mean? In the packet was one rda, one drip tip and one spare deck for rta. Nothing else.
Never had this before...

What country was it being shipped to?
What China vendor?
Hasn't happened to me, but have read it happened to others.

To Finland. Order was from 3fvape via Registered air mail by China post.
I have never ordered from 3fvape but I have used China post before with no problem.

3F is reputable, and should take care of it.
They may try to resend it.
Unfortunately they are on break until middle of February.

It looks like you were right, the packet has arrived to Finland this morning according to 17track.net. It took some strange turn for a week but never mind, I should get it in couple of days.
