Tracking threads?

this may sound really dumb, but is there a way to see how many posts i've made so far?
i really want to start posting in other places but i can't until i've made my first 5 here and idk how to track that

replys count toward your 5 -- you are at 4 right now -- so say something here and you're all done

the system does update only once an hour though -- so you might have to wait until xx:30 to post other places

oh -- you just click your avatar and it tells you the post count...
