I've posted here before, sorry for being so needy, but I've yet another question.

It says on your site, when I log into my account, that I can track the packages. Now, does this mean from processing->shipped only? The page it brings me to lists my order and price, payment, etc. but can I get an actual tracking number and see where my package is at? I'm not able to find any of that information anywhere.

Again, sorry for asking so many questions, I'm just very excited to get my first e-cig, and I'm obsessing over the delivery :p

That "tracking" does not provide you with a tracking number...only Steve can do that....and usually only if it's not received in a reasonable amount of time.

Sorry, to clarify, I am not saying he wouldn't give you the tracking number sooner but generally, if it says shipped, you should get it in a few days and if not, he could look up the tracking number for you and let you know what's going on with it.

Steve is very helpful with that--a few months ago after waiting 4 days for an order I contacted him & asked if he could track it for me.

(He was in Calif, I'm in Pittsburgh PA but I was spoiled--I usually got my stuff in 1-2 days!)

Anyway--he wrote back & said "Doug, it's in Hawaii right now--buddy I'm sorry about that, I don't know what's going on, let's wait a bit longer..."

Two days later (while I was at work) he wrote again & said "Doug it's in Pittsburgh, I bet it'll be there when you get home from work!"

He was right.

Yeah, I got to the tracking page at stamps.com from my Janty e-liquid order... has very little info and I'm fairly positive it will be here tomorrow even though the last information posted there was the electronic scan when it was picked up from Janty.

I really prefer fedex or ups, but I can't really complain with 2-3 day shipping.

Another quick question, for those of you with experience.. do you think USPS will deliver to my doorstop, or are 2 starter-kits small enough to be put in my mailbox?

They've always responded to my requests the next day. I haven't heard from them this time around though. I guess too busy, plus I sent it to Steve@puresmoker.com so they might have not got it since they changed email addresses.

They have explained in the past to me that the tracking # cannot be published on the website with the system they have right now. So, if they cannot publish the tracking # on the website, then they should take that message off the email. It just creates confusion, hence, this thread.

Here is a quote from them expaining the situation:

We can't send the tracking number automatically because we don't print the shipping labels through our website (which is where the automated email comes from). We do it separately on usps.com, and then we get the tracking number from them a few hours later. So there's really no way to connect the 2.
