Something for fun. Half review, half for general info. Im typing this on my phone so bear with me.

I am seeing more people asking about the tree of life on here and I thought I would put some info out there. I have the infinite clone version and it is a very solid mod, the fit and finish are top notch. No machine residue, dirty threads. It comes in a brushed SS so it is not a fingerprint magnet and has a polished topcap and switch. Nothing at all that needed any attention or tinkering out of the box. So A+ there. The telescoping top pin is great, zero battery rattle issues. As much room as there is for adjustment i am assuming it can be used with a kick or a fuze with a flat top battery. (I use vtc4s so i dont use a fuze or a kick. Ymmv) The copper contacts are great, love them. They do require a little cleaning about once a week. I use a little blue magic polish on mine that leaves a little silicone film to help deter tarnishing, it seems to help and doesnt effect or cause any noticable voltage drop. I do recommend using a little noalox or oxguard on the firing switch pin since it is a copper to stainless connection. A little goes a long way. The locking ring is very smooth (as are all of the threads) and only requires 3/4 of a turn to lock and unlock. The factory spring is ok, it actually held up my tobh atty unlocked without firing. Switch throw is suuuper short. Very smooth but very short. I personally like it. As far as switch wobble, it isnt really noticable on mine. The throw is so short that once you think you are noticing any kind of wobble its firing lol. Some people mention that it has to be pressed right in the center to fire, mine had that issue for maybe 2 days. Once it "breaks in" it can be fired from center,edge,halfway..anywhere you press it.I did upgrade to magnets in it though, the chi magnets (1mm thick) work like a dream and infact leave enough room to still use the spring if you want to. (I have both springs and magnets in mine for no real reason other than to pretty much guarantee it doesnt fire if I sit it down unlocked.). On to the top.. I havent had any issue screwing any of my attys on it. Everything from a kayfun to a dripper screws in smooth as silk and fires and having a dual adjustable top pin everything will flush mount. One thing I noticed, the derlin/plastic piece the top pin goes through is actually threaded into the top cap. No loose fitting press fit or worry of the top pin falling out when changing batteries. So bonus points there. The engravings are nice and relativly deep, clean edges. No complaints there. My only gripe, and its more my ocd than a fault of the mod, is sometimes there is either a slight difference in height from battery to battery or the battery turns a little and will adjust the top pin and will need to be readjusted to be able to screw the bottom on all the way snug. (The adjustment is so small that it can be made by just turning the battery with a little pressure on it while the switch is off the bottom. Again this is a tiny adjustment like 1/2 a mm. Only noticeable by looking close at the switch where it screws onto the body and you can barely see that it isnt all the way 100% down. Like 1/8 of a revolution of a turn off.) Has nice airflow groves cut into the top and they are well incorporated into the design and pretty well totally hidden with a topper on. Good battery venting as well. Very unobtrusive and totally hidden within the switch. Overall a very well thought out mod and worth every penny spent on it in my opinion. It is my go to all day everyday mod and hasnt let me down in any way.

sorry for being so long winded, just trying cover everything I could think of and maybe answer some common questions. Also dont shoot me, I would live to have an original, just cant afford it though.

focalecig.com just got in 3 elm clones. Interestingly options and name ("fire of life"). One is the standard brass design, one is a polished stainless steel with red paint? in the etching, the last is black with a very deep red in the etching. For the curious, here's a link to the stainless one:
