Trend/fad?

I don't care what they call it. I don't smoke anymore. I feel alot better and I'm saving alot more money (I live in NY, $10 per pack). Unfortunately, the greedy infested population consisting of pharmas, FDA, and state tax collectors will ensure 1 of 3 things happen:
1. Ecigs are banned. Big name, multi million dollar tobacco companies are losing money. They contribute to political campaigns. They help write the laws.
2. Ecigs are taxed. NY said they impose high taxes for a healthier incentive to quit. BS. They want more money, and if we're not buying analogs anymore, they'll tax the "healthier" alternative for sure.
3. FDA regualtes them to such an extent that it's not worth vaping anymore. No more specialty flavors and only 4mg nicotene? Get real.
I hope I'm wrong but this "fad" is sure to die in the near future for one reason alone. GREED

Well if we are not killing ourselves with analogs how will they make money. Sin taxes/heath care/ insurance premiums /nic-quit drugs Tobacco is a high yield cash crop

And well She called me a "hipster" for following a trend...

I personally don't think so...
TO be a hipster, I think you have to engage in the activity BECAUSE it is a trend. If you happen into an activity and later find out it is a trend, it does not qualify you for +25 hipster points. I hope this clears clears this matter up for you. If you friend persists, tell that person the Lion says so, that should put it to rest.

Yes, except instead of a silly 300 pound imaginary thing, it is 550 pounds of natures apex predator displaying his power to all. You can hear that sound for up to five miles away. The most successful pride males are able to intimidate 90% of their enemies, and extend their reign for up to three of four generations of cubs. Sadly, this is what poachers have learned to follow to find the most impressive males, and this icon of leadership and majesty is now in danger of being rubbed out. So their evolutionary strength is also their greatest weakness. Ironic.
The mods are gonna get us for a public display of affection. I am glad you "grasp" the importance of varying the technique! Too bad I have to go to work now, I would love to compare notes on this further.
Actually the "lick" is legit as i lick my tip often....And i mean that in a serious manner!

I love lions so much. But I wouldn't want to be reincarnated as one. They are under constant threat of attack. I would not want to be on constant alert trying to protect my pride land against my brothers and cousins and enemies in the outer lands. I would come close to literally ...... and soiling myself if I woke up under a tree in the african plains. I'd probably be dead within 3-4 days too. I once saw a video of two people walking around out there and they stumbled upon a male lion laying 20 yards away face to face. They froze... Whispered to the camera that they were done for. One whispered to the other "Dont make any sudden movements. We cannot turn around." the other said "Hes looking right at us" The lion laid there looking VERY interested in the two of them. They stood there for 2-3 minutes completely still, both looking past the lion, trying to avoid his eyes while also trying not to show any submission, or aggression in sudden movement. In the last minutes of the video, a truck, two native african men inside, had spotted them and drove up between the two men and the lion. They were so close to the lion that I bet if the lion charged the truck (which was totally open) they would of had to drive away and the lion would set it's target on the two men. Thank god the two men got into the truck in time. You could feel a fraction of their terror from watching.

We might have these intricate types of thoughts but they are no match for the speed and aggression of the natural instincts of a lion. First of all, a trend and a fad are two different things.
Yes, vaping is a trend, and it's slowly growing (though slowly is a relative term, I've heard the numbers are going up quite steeply)
Time will tell if it's a fad. It's been a few years so far, and it's growing, so time might tell if it's a fad, we're still a couple years from knowing.
As for being hipster, it can look like that to an outsider. If you're vaping 0 nic juice off a steampunk type mod, yea, you're hipster. If you're vaping to get off analogs, not so much.
Hey, I still have ALL of my Pet Rocks... They are out in the driveway someplace, making new Pet Rocks..
