Anyone by chance know what kind of situation I'm in with a burned up looking insulator on my trident?
I need to maybe replace it, but didn't know how expensive or even WHERE to look for a new insulator replacement. I went to grand vapor to look but no luck from what I saw.

Even though my mod is working, how dangerous is this, if at all aside from the only issue being connectivity problems a week ago, but I fixed it by disassembling and messing with it a little.

I burned my insulator a bit and it still works fine. When you are building your coils, put the air flow ring on, and then take it off and look it over before you start vaping. Sometimes the AFC ring pushes the coils down or back toward the middle of the atomizer the first time you put it on after a coil build which can lead to burning the insulator.

If you can't source a replacement part, you could always get a trident clone for $15-25 and use the whole thing for spare parts. Almost every part is compatible with the real thing.
