Tried 25 different venders and will never use this one vender again.

I have been vaping for 10 months now. I'm a bargain shopper seeking for great deals on great products. I expect great customer service, and expect to get what I pay for. I am understanding and am willing to work out problems and give online stores a fare shake.
I tried working with this company to straighten out an issue I had when sent an inferior product to what I had originally ordered. They called me promptly after receiving my email. Assured that the problem would be corrected and would call me back the next day. I know her English was very broken but I understood what I was promised. No call ever came after several days. I called them and no one ever answers their phone. I talked live to the CSR online via messenger. This person didn't seem to be able to comprehend what my issue was. Since we were on the messenger I can only assume that the language barrier was so severe it was basically useless. Which surprised me because I tried to avoid situations like this by selecting an American company. Store.E-Cigarette-USA.com Their site does not offer a place to leave customer feedback. I wonder why? I have chosen to leave it here and warn any new vapers that may consider trying their site.

Things can go wrong easily, through no fault of either party, maybe due to misunderstandings or perhaps a one-off mistake. But in order to be sure that there is not a history of this, it's best to use vendors who are registered here. There are reasons why we reject a third to a half of those who apply, and why some have to leave. In general, you get what you pay for in this life. In the end it is worth having some kind of support system.
