3 days after throwing mine away because vaping has taken the place of them completely. Here's the situation...

I was vaping away when my battery died on me, no biggie I though. I can just get my other battery out of my handy case. Much to my dismay, I had forgot that other battery at home. Crap. I was offered an analog at that point, the exact brand I used to smoke too. So I accepted this offer and lit it up.

It tasted like complete crap.

The end.

I haven't touched one since the day I started vaping 96 days ago, BUT I have thought I have had cravings for there from time to time, but when I even SMELL one, it disgusts me now and my cravings go away. I think I would gag too if I really ever tasted one again. The thought of those nasty combusted chemicals just make my stomach turn and keeps me away. Thank GOD for vaping and not just for the nicotine, cuz I vape pretty low, but for being able to have my little hand/mouth habit still that I need and want.

I have to admit I toked up on one of my nasty ... stale, stuffed in the glove box for over a month Parliment Lights. I was on the back 1/4 of my 18 hour shift and was ...... off at my e-cigs, so I lit one up. It was gross. Not to mention it actually hurt.

My lungs hurt after the 3rd inhale. I admit, this is about the 6th cheat I've had in the 30+ days of vapeing, but this one actually hurt. I find that I'm a Clinton when I vape and don't really inhale anymore. But needless to say, I still finished the damn thing and I still have that nasty ... stale 3/4 full pack in the glove box.

Same here, and I've only been vaping for about a week. I was drinking pretty heavily a few days ago, and started to get nic fits.. but my cart was dry & I was too lazy/wasted to walk to the other room where my juice was. So I bummed an analog off my brother. Sucked, but it gave me my fix. Had another one, and once I lit it I couldn't wait til it was finished so I could put it out. That's when I got up and topped off. Those were the only 2 cigarettes I've had since moving to PVs, and hopefully they're my last ever.

I think e-cigs are just so much better that analogs are comparatively awful. Check out this poll: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/quitting/6470-e-cig-success-rate.html . Just over 75 percent claim that they're 100% done with analogs (not a bad sample size either). Incredible.

I had a 'real' cigarette the oher day. I discovered that I did not enjoy it. I thought to myself "Why smoke this thing, which robs one of breath, makes one smell like hell, and would make my doctor and family frown?"

I am to the point that, even drinking etoh, I have no 'desire' for a real cigarette.

Now, I am '....' about my e-cigarettes.

I found that if you still smoke both you'll tolerage cigs more. So if you go with a vaporizer, keep with it as your primary nic fix or you'll regress into smoking.
That could be true for some, myself included. I still like the smell when someone smokes a fresh analog and I am sure I will always like the "taste" of analogs no matter how long ago its been since I had the last one. I had to give up analogs completely when I switched to vaping because I knew that otherwise I'd always go back to analogs. The good thing is that vaping got me through the initial craving for analogs, something that no other method was able to.

I've had my ciggies and lighter sitting on a shelf for the past 2 weeks... I still crave them, even though I always just keep on vaping.. I think that it because I smoked a really menthol-ly ciggie and it's the menthol I want... I do have mint juice, but it doesn't get that "I sucked on a lifesavor" flavor *LOL*
