after a week of solid vaping ONLY I couldn't stop myself from bumming an analog to see if I would be dragged back in...

THANK THE LORD THAT THING MADE ME WANNA PUKE. never again, I don't even see what it is I saw in those for so long. I can proudly say after smoking everyday from the time I was 14 (I am 21 now) I hate analogs and will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER, EVER pick another one up to smoke.

Good for you. Keep vapin'

Watch out, though. Some times a crawing might show up out of the blue. (But don't be yourself up too much if you fall of the wagon)

Unfortunately I have to echo this. Vaped for a solid 6-7 months, then had battery issues, liquid issues, and bought some ....ty clearmoizers. Went back to analogs for over a year :( Now I'm back on the vaping train and loving it, but I was in your spot for so long, just stay vigilant, the grip those things will still have on you months from now is not something to overlook. Good luck, happy vaping!

lesson learned! I was cleaning my car out over the weekend. I pulled out the ashtray, dumped and washed it. I was wiping behind where it goes to get all the dust and my hand hit something. I pulled out an entire un-opened pack of smokes. They weren't mine. What I think is that whoever had the car behind me didn't want someone to know they smoked. Anyway, my first thought was woo-hoo. If I would've had a lighter in my pocket, I would have lit one. Thankfully I didn't and I gave them away fast. I have banned smoking in my home and car. Can't stand the smell at all anymore.

I've quit before for a month or so and decided to try one to see if I still liked it and it was terrible and only smoked half of it. Well the next one tasted better and so on until I was full into smoking again. Since starting vaping I won't give in to trying another smoke to see if I like it since that test always turned out badly in all my previous attempts to quit.

I don't have cravings to smoke but every now and then wonder how bad it would taste XD.

Best to avoid trying one just to see IMO.

I hear you. I went to a halloween costume store this weekend with my niece and nephew and standing outside was a guy smoking a cigarette and the smell when I walked by was gagging to me. I thought to myself "that used to be me" as I walked away with my E cig in my back pocket. Nothing wrong with falling off the wagon as long as you get back in the right direction.

C'mon you all, smoking is an acquired taste. Like coffee or beer. I know, I know, some of you will claim you liked one of those three items from the first moment you tried them. Me, and I think I speak for the majority, did not like any of those on first taste.

With that said, vaping is better because of the flavor. Hence, it is numero uno issue for me in relation to politics of the day.

As someone who does still smoke, if I go say 2 days without a log, and then have one, it does taste bad to me (compared to vaping). I do think before I vaped, I smoked for the flavor. I also see that in noobs who want a vape to taste exactly like their log did.

I'm glad to hear it, but as a couple others have mentioned, you have to remain vigilant. It's all too easy to go back to coffin nails, in certain circumstances...
