Tried to call V4L...

...and for some reason when I called the number I have been calling for over a month it is a automated msg now instead of some one's voice asking you to leave a message. Did the phone # change or is it still 224-723-5340? I got my wife's order in today and I guess there was a mix up, I'm more of a talk on phone with problems, not email, so please don't say to just email them the problem!

That is definitely the number and we have been answering all day. Try to give us a call again.

I have a question... Who answers the phone? I've never called CS since I figure they are all so busy and phones ringing really cause a lot of stress in a busy environment. Does the phone number route to Val/Ryan since they are the main CS people, or does it ring the main office and pull people off of filling orders to answer?

Just curious so I know who I'll talk to if I ever call.

Oh I trust it, I have emailed you all at V4L before, but some times I like hearing a voice say "yes we got that fixed for you and have a great day" in my ear so I know it will be fixed right this time . This is a problem that was suppose to be fixed and wasn't so I just want to make sure it's all good this time around. V4L is great about correcting any problems it seems, even if they mess up they make you happy in the end no matter what!

Hi Mikey, with Val in Boston, and myself in Toronto, we don't have phones. But we are around most of the evening.

We generally take calls from 9 to 5 or thereabouts. If you left Christie a voicemail, she will get back to you tomorrow for sure.

Two observations:
