From what i've heard, you'll only feel like that till it's in your hands, then all remorse disappears quickly. Never had one personally, but never come across a complaint about them either. Plus consider it an investment as they hold their value so well you could almost get back what you paid for it a couple years from now.

Yeah, that feeling will go away once it's in your hands. I felt the same way until I held it. It feel so well built, very solid. Performs great. I don't plan on buying any other vv mod even so I do want to experience vw. I'm pretty sure it might be the next step for Provape to implement into the Provari.

I do plan on buying a standard version; I got a mini like you. I'm just waiting on my reward points. Lol That's the thing about owning one, you gotta have all versions. I'm not saying that there aren't any other good pv's out there. I recently got into mechanicals. I might try the iTaste or SVD later on, but I think I'd rather have a second Provari as back up first.

You could have always taken the route I took to make the price seem better. I went through 2 broken Lava Tubes at $50 each and a broken SS ZMax V1 at $100 before I sprung for a used full sized Provari that was looking lonely at my local B&M. It only cost me $100, so I figure I have a $300 Provari that came with a couple of extra paper weights.

When you get it in please post back. I'm almost convinced to take the plunge into the Provari. I have the money and it won't hurt too bad but it will still hurt. Currently I'm running the Tesla. I would hate to get a Provari and regret it if performance or durability are pretty much the same.

OK, I will...still not showing shipped yet

I have exactly the same one as you. I felt a few pangs after I purchased it, of "oh my god I just spent THAT much money on an ecig?" but the moment I fired it up, I was in love. And, considering what I spent on cheaper ecigs that broke or I wasn't happy with, this will pay off over time. I may buy a VW soon as a backup/new toy, but really this Provari is the only ecig I will ever need; I even got the warranty extension because I'm planning on keeping it for a long time. I've named it, bought all sorts of accessories just to match it (I named her Puff the Magic Dragon and have a dragon-themed RBA and matching Bully drip tip, as well as a "dragon skin" leather case from Serenity gear). I wouldn't hesitate to pull the trigger again if I could get a do-over. It was an investment. In fact I almost cried earlier today when I put a scratch in it with a wrench, trying to pull a broken clearo off it. It wasn't the Provari's fault. Fortunately I can get the top cap replaced for a mere $15 so I'm going to do that. I'm so .... about keeping this perfect. In two months, I haven't scratched it, and I have dropped it a couple of times on the hardwood - the poor hardwood fared worse so now I keep a rug next to my bed! Vape on!

You can't expect people not to use common colloquialisms that have been adopted by the community at large. Sure it may annoy you, but you do realize that by saying things like
and other such ridiculousness...?
you are not endearing yourself to the other members? In fact you kind of come off as a holier than thou and "not so nice person". It's your decision -- but don't be surprised if people respond negatively to that attitude. Personally I don't care either way I just beat them to the punch by posting that.
