They do fit well. Most come with a small o-ring around the stem to ensure a snug fit. They are expensive: $25-45 each. However, these are individually hand blown pyrex glass, and no two are alike.

I might add that there are more glass vendors coming onto the market with high quality drip tips and glass tanks. Another vendor that sells glass tips is Hot Vapes. I actually like these to Trippy Tips because the Hot Vapes tips are larger in size, which I prefer.
