Triton mod

Hey everyone. I got my triton today. Going to load up 2 geysers on it, as it is a dual atty, parallel battery mod. My question is this, does this setup draw individual powers from a dedicated battery to the atty atop it, or is the parallel power running both attys, in which case what should I know about building my rdas for this setup? Can I have 2 different resistences, 1 for each rda? I did see this in a video and thought why would anyone do that? Also, does this change the allowable resistence? I'm using 35A batteries (mxjo) so the math suggests .12 as the lowest safest res single battery. (I rarely dip below .3). And no i don't want to start a discussion on whether or not those are actually LG's lol. I'm aware of all that hubub. Thanks!

I got a vague reply from dark ronin mods via facebook. It basically said "it is a shared load on the batteries. We've run low ohm quad coils on both attys with no problem." So, totally didn't address the question lol.

What's the purpose of running two attys on a mod? Why would you want to do that?

Why would t you want to do that! Bigger clouds and it is really cool for flavor mixing.

well.. i guess the only way to find out for sure is to load 2 attys with the same builds and use it throughout the day on fresh batteries and then take a battery level reading at the end of the day...

BOTH batteries should have about the same amount left in them since the Triton is a parallel connection mod...

That answers the question just by stating you need to put the same build on each atty for the batteries to perform the same.

What happens if I use a single atty and 2 batteries? Will it just drain off the battery that is directly under the atty or drain from both batteries?

They work in parallel. Dark ronin answered this for me. Two batteries share the load of a single atty. Longer battery life.

the triton runs in parallel mode ,so if you get one in upside down your mod will get very hot and then some real fun starts to happen

btw,china already has 2 different looking models of this out already

Not as great YET. Mainly becauseine is defective and I'm working with vapor kings to get it replaced.

I sent a video to them. The battery tube under the firing button spins and the button has a stop point from whatever is going on and I have to push harderto get it to fire.

Yeah. I barely used it sp it had to be a fluke . They are going to let me know if it cam be fixed by myself (maybe a loose screw) or if I have to send back for exchange. They are sending the video to dark ronin.

ahh, glad to hear it's all sorted out.
I have mine currently setup on 2 Baal RDAs running dual 0.4ohm coils each, and it's abit too much for me lol

any 2 hits of any juice with menthol and I get brain freeze.

I believe 2 attys on 0.8ohm-1ohm would give you a pretty kick ... flavor experience.
I think most people when they see dual attys they think crazy ... clouds, but it could also be double the flavor.

But other than that, the Triton is very nicely built I must say. Surprisingly small too, for a dual 18650 mod
