Now that the Reactor and Tracer (I think) have been bought up, is anyone else besides me still using the Triton tank?

Also is anyone else still dry burning and rebuilding Triton coils?

I have to admit that I hardly ever use the Triton batteries but I think the good old Triton tanks with whatever Halo standard PG/VG ratio is, still tastes the best. I've tried the Reactor tank but I am really not into generating cumulus clouds. Besides, stealth vaping would be tricky which I've been (not) known to do. But the larger Reactor-like battery (sorry, I already have an Istick) is great with the Triton tanks.

My mother uses and loves the Triton Batteries and Tanks. I have no need to ever change and hope they keep selling.
Having dementia, it was a hard transition for her to push a button and at this stage, I want consistency for her. I have had only one tank fail in over a year. I rotate two tanks for her and all I have to do is occasionally put in new coils.

I still use my tritons, though i recently got some new mods so they haven't seen much attention lately. I will always use them!
I totally agree with this. Yea, I have other stuff, but...

When it comes to Malibu with a little Belgian Cocoa, it MUST be in a Triton tank. No other tank can make this juice sing like the Triton does.

I'm using Tritons with Halo's Tribeca right now. I just switched over from the extremely expensive Vuse system (not knocking it, got me off cigs) and the Triton is my first "vape" tank. This simple setup is way better than those cartridges! I was chain vaping (or whatever it is with those cartridges, as there sure wasn't much vapor coming out) and going through 2 cartridges a day, which got to be almost as expensive as a pack of cigs ($10 to $11/pack around me, go excessive NY tax!). Now I'm going through maybe 2 ml a day of the 24 mg, and feel more satisfaction than I did from those cartridges, which are 48 mg.

Now that I know vaping with refillable liquids is the way to go I will be looking at "better" mods. But as a MTL user, I'll be using the standard/high PG liquid from Halo in whatever (no need to blow clouds), and these Triton tanks and batteries will remain a great travel and "stealth" backup for me.

I have a bunch of sample packs out for delivery today and am really looking forward to trying other flavors from Halo.

Eskie, welcome!!!
I think a lot of us started with a vuse or a Blu (i did). Then quickly graduated to the good stuff! I still have my Triton kit, still works great. And I love the Halo connection; I can swap tanks on the battery with one hand!
Also consider that with the better delivery of vapor, you are also getting a better delivery of the nic. Be aware of over-nicotining.

And you are now a Halon!

and you get the ultra secret code for 10 off all juice at Halo

Thanks Dave! Being new to all this, I was very concerned that coming from a 48 mg cartridge which I was constantly pulling on that a 24 mg liquid would be too weak. It's actually way stronger and satisfying, and I'm thrilled I can put it down and not have the desire to constantly inhale something.

I'm also happy that I can slowly lower the nic dose but still use the same tank and wean down. I was happy to stop smoking with Vuse, but was concerned how I could ever get off of them. Now I can go low to even 0, but still get the satisfaction of blowing smoke.

The best part is my daughter is thrilled to finally know what to get me for birthdays, Xmas, and Father's day. Before this, it was always a struggle to tell her what I wanted that was within the budget of a college student. Now a nice bottle of juice or a sampler pack will be the perfect gift from her without having her spend any of the money she gets while in school that I'd prefer she spent on herself.

I've been using Triton batteries and tanks almost exclusively for over 3 years, and have quite a few, with plenty of coils, in reserve. If I had my way, I'd probably keep using them for life, but I have to admit that I'm playing long ball with the FDA, and I'm investing now in rebuildable tanks and mods with replaceable batteries. Sad!

I rebuild my Triton, or equivalent, coils. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to rebuild. So I have an endless supply of them as long as I can get the silica wick and kanthal wire.
I use the tanks on Isticks (30w, 50w, and 60w) because I like to vape them at between 8.5 and 10 watts. At this wattage the batteries last a long time.
I use the Reactor (version 1) and other subohm tanks once in awhile. Except for voluminous clouds, I don't get any extra flavor. Besides that, the 3 subohm tanks are messy to refill and vape with. And they go through eliquid fast.

It is so good to hear that others are also still enjoying the Triton. So far I have not used anything more advanced. I began using the Triton and also White Cloud cigs in Zero K flavour. I still love them both. I think I am probably one of the very few to still use a cig a like ( White Cloud) but I really still love them. These two brands seem to suit me well since I retired 2 months ago. While still in the work force working in a busy emergency room for many years, the stress still prompted me to smoke tobacco a couple times a day. You would be very surprised how many nurses and paramedics still smoke cigarettes! Luckily since retirement the vape is giving me all I need.

Yes, we are. The high ohm, high coil design really makes Halo ejuice shine.

And I know a few cig-a-like users. Good for them, and you. I think of them as I'm lugging around a half pound of evic battery and tank.

Whatever works for you is a great system. Even if someone was getting ripped off by overpaying for a Blu, and dealing with the abysmal performance, if it keeps them from smoking, then it is good.

I actually got a free G6 kit with one of my orders with Tribeca in it. It is pretty good!
