I need to give credit where it is definitely due. I recently placed an order with Tropical Vapors and receive the items within 4 days. Would have been much sooner but there was a weekend involved. When I received the items the package was open and 2 little stickers on there from USPS holding it shut. I removed everything and the batteries were not in there. I contacted their customer service and received an answer in about 2 hours. I sent him a couple pictures of the package and he responded that he would be mailing the replacements in the morning (Wednesday). Later that day I was having issues with the T3 I ordered from them and after doing some research by both of us we found a "fix" and he said he would throw in 2 extra heads for it and gave me a detailed fix for them. The items are set to be delivered today which is awesome. In closing I want to give Tom at Tropical Vapors 2 very big thumbs up and 10 stars for his awesome service!
