My 901 seems pretty good, and works pretty well with carts. Still getting used to it.

As far as smoking at home though, i would rather drip and not mess about. I put 2 drops on, read no more than that, and not much vapor. Should you really only put 2? Because im getting decent vapor with the cart so, not having trouble with the device.

Just curious how much you guys really drip on it?

I don't drip much with my 901..it's a pain..lol But once in a while I do when I am testing a new flavor or just changing atty's. 2 drops is enough, anymore then that you risk the leftover driping down inside your battery and making it stick on. That will kill it. You also risk flooding your atty which means you have to stop, blow it out or change atty's while it drains.
Fill your cart and then drip..if you add a few drops of glycerin (usp or foodgrade) to the e-liquid, you will get tons more vapor!

I had a real hard time with batteries and attys on my 901 when I first started vaping that I now know came from dripping. I was flooding the atty and that in turn ran down into the batteries (using 3 drops at a time) and ruined them. If you are seriously wanting to drip, look into getting either sealed manual 901 batteries or a manual sealed battery 510. I do however drip with my 901 when I have my sealed manual passthru or box mod on it and it is alright. Not as good as the 510 but pretty good nonetheless.

Jules....You hit it right on the head..I would no longer recommend dripping with an unsealed battery...all your asking for are problems.Any sealed batteries or passthrough's are ideal for dripping!:)The Wiz!

I'm in the same boat.. been off analogs for about a month using the 510. Have had some issues (bridge mesh stuff broke off of one of the atomizers while trying to remove some of the filler that was stuck and getting burnt, strands coming from bridge down into the atomizer got burnt and had to be removed, which caused less vapor production). Now i have tried just dripping but i find that 2 drops floods the atomizer most of the time. The battery only lasts 45 minutes (only getting 1 out of 5 attempts to actually deliver vapor), have tried cleaning in vinegar, alcohol, hot water / boiling water which seems to only last a little while.

Will most likely purchase some wholesale atomizers and possibly also purchase a 901.

Wiz--what is up with an hour? I only get a few minutes at best with my 510. I can bearly get an hour out of the battery--LOL

Seriously 3-4 drops is like 8-10 good pulls on my 901. That will last me an hour.

My 510 is another story though 3-4 drops is more like 30-45 minutes, but I try to make it last longer.

Depends on how big a drop too. Some of my bottles drip bigger than others...:D

Wow, I envy you! I guess I vape like I smoke, way too much!
