I started vaping with the njoy vape pen years ago, buying their tanks and liquid. I now have a much nicer (and pricier, but who cares when compared to what smokes cost) vape device bought from a local vape shop. I was a heavy smoker for well over 2 decades and tried everything; this was a heaven sent miracle and I no longer smoke.

I really loved the Butter Crunch and Double Expresso fluids from Njoy. I found a Butterscotch vape that replaced the Butter Crunch and i've found many amazing flavors to add to my supply, but I have yet to find anything that matches the sweet, flavorful coffee vape Njoy made.

Everything I buy tastes like caramel or cream or candyish, but nothing like coffee.
I bought a vape from a place that tasted like burnt chestnuts. Weird.
A few days ago I bought a house vape that was supposed to be "Caramel Coffee" but tastes exactly like movie theater buttered popcorn. I watched a movie and vaped it.

Has anyone found a sweet, coffee flavored premium vape maker they could share with me?

Unlikely you'll find something that tastes like that. I had tried two dozen different "coffee" liquids before i found the Njoy Double Espresso. Most coffee liquids have cream in them and other flavors too ( chocolate, vanilla, caramel, etc ... ), trying to recreate the taste of the Starbucks drinks. Black and sweet, haven't seen another one yet. Ahlusion has a couple of decent ones ( Light French Roast is a good one and doesn't taste like popcorn, whereas their Kona Kick did have the popcorn taste ). Lots of coffee liquids in the market have that taste.

Perhaps try diy'ing !? I have ordered the FA coffee espresso. I'll see how that works out.

Thanks Mazinny. Is the Light French Roast sweet?
RIP Double Expresso. I wonder why they discontinued it.

Is it the cream flavor they add in that gives it that "popcorn" taste? I had to throw out the one that tasted like burnt chestnuts (it was awful, really bad, had to tell my shop how bad it was) but the Movie Theater Butter vape I kept.

I still have some 15 MG Double Expresso lying around, do you think if I added it to a different 6 MG nic vape that the extra nic would make my heart explode?

My current morning vape is "Chakra" by Mountain Oak Vapors. To me it tastes like Girl Scout "Somoa" cookies dunked in strong coffee. I really enjoy it.
I had that in my cart and i just missed their sale recently by 10 mins or something and i was too cheap to go ahead with the purchase ! Will try when they have a sale next, hopefully Memorial Day.

Doubt that's what op is looking for though.

Been looking to find a good black gormet coffee flavor here for some time now and am well familiar with the cream flavor and butterscotch as well as others not finding a black coffee taste but too much Cappacino instead!

The likely best found to date is the Coffee flavor found at Vape Garden where they have the Dark Roast as well as kona coffee flavors. So far the Dark Roast is the closest found to any Black Coffee that doesn't taste like cream and sugar added! But I have also made suggestions for a black gourmet type coffee flavor in addition to the blends my regular supplier has like caramel coffee and mocha java types. But you can also request a special blend there at least! My latest request for a Cherry apple sub for Cherry tobacco for a new epipe sipping flavor is now on the list of potential new flavors. CCV

It's just a little sweet, but they do have "sweetener" option.

You may be right with the cream tasting popcorny ... hmm hadn't thought about that.

#1 Priority is the coffee taste.

needs to be sweet too, but sweet "ish" would work.

You will find the two flavors from Vape Garden have a sweet but not oversweetened cappacino type aroma type taste and generally is a smooth vape depending on the gear. For a 40-50w mod with an Aspire Atlantis about 20-25w works while the Nautilus for a 20w at 11w suffices.

Not the Cream. I DIY and have ordered several plain Coffee flavors for testing. All Fails or Pore representations of Coffee and All have a Burnt/Popcorn taste if even slightly to much flavoring is used.
TFA Caramel Cappuccino is 1 drop per 10ml and still to strong for most.

Ordered a Coffee/light(cream) and got a Good representation of freshly cut lawn:glare:

Well like I was saying the best found so far in all this time that tastes anything near an actual coffee flavor was that Dark Roast option. I also tried other plain coffee flavors maybe from the same places even that didn't make it! I think this is mainly due to getting past the initial bitterness required to simulate the coffee element the closest before adding some type of mild sweetener. Since coffee by nature is bitter most simply come up with sweet substitutes and name them as coffee blends.

LOL at this, had the same experience, tasted like charred chestnuts.

Once you start DIYing just remember a burnt taste is often a poor combination of gear per flavor. A burnt taste often indicates too high a voltage or wattage setting as well as not seeing the ejuice made up wick well. That leads to the dry wicking problems where thoughts about a different tank or resistance of coil is something to consider.

Even with premade flavors I get from my usual source someone actually labeled the "Master Mix Meister" I will add I will find some fire up at 60-70w with ease while others will need to kept down under 30w on the exact tank 0.5ohm coil in use and mod. Even with the tanks just ordered lately seeing 0.25ohm vertical dual coils I have found many flavors running well at 30w on 50w-120w higher wattage capable coils in use.

For some reason you can find all kinds of berry and tobacco blends that will come out smooth while no one has been found to have an authentic black coffee flavor that feels like an actual cup of java? I tend to believe that will continue to remain a work in progress!

I have a lot to learn about vaping.....you wrote so much there that might as well have been in Russian, I have no clue about wattage and ohms, etc. I just bought a new vape device, it works, I know how to fill it and replace the coils.

The new thing I have is a TC, gives off nice clouds, I bet if I learn about it all I can get a better taste to my hit....no clue about all of this though.

You'll learn fast enough! It mostly depends on what you are looking for! For many having a room full of vapor may seem to be the main reason they vape while for others not being "Cloud Chasers" they even get appauled when mentioning the increased capability can also boost the flavor level without being a cloud maker at the same time.

For clouding about a higher VG level is the usual while PG is the typical option for the flavor lovers. Yet some can develop allergies to PG where a blend of VG with distilled water is sometimes an option if not going strictly 100% VG.

Now for temp control that can still be seen with the wattage mode not in what is seen on the display but from the end result of the wattage range you are running with and how that effects various flavors. Seen this enough where one flavors gets hot over 25-30w while the next can be pushed upto 80w!

For the TC mode that generally relies on having a TC type coil in the tank not just the default coil you get with a tank since those are a separate item. For a quick reference to Temp Control type vaping one vendor has a tutorial seen at Tutorial: Guide to Temperature Control Vaping – MistHub

Wow, thanks for this.

Is a high vg often the reason for vapes that leave a dry aftertaste? As I've distanced myself from smoking (getting to 2 years now without a cigarette) I've found that I like a "juicier" kind of vape. Is going with the highest pg possible my best bet?
