trouble making account on site

I just made my third order, in a couple weeks, as "guest shopper" as the page just won't let me register an account for some reason....
There is NO "contact us" or "email us" link on the site either....
I made my 3rd order, and although I made the second order 6 days ago, I never did get an email confirmation. My cred. card
shows the purchases processed, and although i didn't receive the 2nd yet, and blah blah...

Anywho I just love G2 and tonight I found they have G2 Shock... yah. Love G2 like big time, and Shock has to be great too.

At checkout there is a place to enter a password. That is how you make an account And to contact us you click the support link at the top of the page and create a ticket.
