So I have a FT nemesis clone and I've been trying to fix my gritty switch. I've already checked to see if the brass pin is facing the right side up. I've been trying to sand down the button section of the switch (the piece with the train logo etched in), but I'm having trouble sanding down the lower section as my fingers don't fit. Anybody have some idea for me to work around this and go about sanding it smooth?

I super glued the pin in place, sanded off the excess, then put in 2 springs from home depot. Pretty awesome now. Oh, also replaced the bottom pin with a stainless screw. I know they are silver plated but I can get longer ones in steel. Teflon so it doesn't spin out, because it will eventually.

Ohh almost forgot, rubber spacer on the bottom.
