is anyone else having trouble putting the enclosed driptip into the new fluxos? im afraid im going to break the tube trying to put the drip tip in. what other driptips/mouthpieces will work with these so they dont leak out the top?

I dont think that you have to worry about breaking the tube by putting on a drip tip .
ya daisy, it is very tight, plastic part doesnt even seem to fit, that why im afraid of breaking it. how did you get it to fit?

its made tight for a reason to cause suction
just jam it in, it will go and you will not harm the tube in any way
as you vape the heat will stretch it and loosen it to make it easier

I put a couple drops of juice around the base of the drip tip and twisted it in. After a couple of refills, it goes in easier.
When I Finley got mine in I kept getting burnt silicone taste pull the tip out its fine wonder if its pushing the center down to the coil trying another drip tip with bigger hole seems to work better
Its the inner ring of the silcone seal that goes into the cup, Ive been taking that out before using the first time and peeling back the outer part so the inner ring is exposed and just snipping that off with a pair of nail clippers. than replace the silicone seal, after that no burnt taste.
I did this too. I used cuticle scissors, but same thing. Worked beautifully.
I just took out the silicone seal after trying to trim it on three of them so far. It did away with the burnt taste but still dry hits from any random drip tip pushing the silicone down just a hair to far. Ive also tried cutting the silicone where the wicks go to help it out a bit and it just wasn't there yet. So i removed the silicone all together and put in a O ring where the silicone would lay, its not tight or anything, but then add any drip tip you like.
It didn't totally fix the problem for me, but so long as i tilt as i vape im good to go and no leaks with just the O ring and drip tip as of yet
I'm already used to tilting to vape as I've been using the Stardust (must tilt) so it's no big deal for me. As of right now (only two days in with the ce2s) i think I'm getting better flavor with the ce2s then i did with the Stardust and i know without a doubt the vapor is much warmer.

I'm getting an odd flavor also. I wasn't a big fan of the fluxo plug kit or drip tips. I'm trying this first one out of the box with no modding or dry burning (for once I'd like to get something I didn't have to dry burn). If you don't have a syringe or narrow tipped bottle, it takes a year and a day to drip a 70/30 juice down the sides. I'm not using the drip tip, I just put an old O ring in to make a seal.
Going to try and vape this one til it's empty and after that, back to the O rings. Good thing I keep my dead CE2s around for parts.

The first two I filled, I was getting a slight burnt taste with one, and the other was fine, right out of the box, with no modding or adjusting. The one that was tasting burnt, I had used one of my Ming vase drip tips. The other one, I used the one that comes with the Fluxos. I took both tips out, and looking at them closely, I noticed that the shank on the Ming tip is just slightly longer than the shank on the one that came with the Fluxos. Consequently, the Ming tip was pushing the silicone cup seal down just enough to contact the coil, on the underside. I trimmed off the bottom of the cup seal where it had burnt, reinstalled, and when putting the drip tip back in, I didn't push it in as far. Just far enough to touch the top of the cup seal, which leaves maybe 1/32 inch space between the shoulder of the Ming tip and the top of the tube. Now it vapes perfectly.
Thanks for the replays pulled that first one apart and trimmed the bottom side but the coil was not wrapped right nothing I could do to save that one but the next two are working with trimmed rings. And can't fill with out syringe which is a bummer but at least there working.
