Trouble with Totallywicked Partner Program

I was wondering if anyone was having trouble with the Partner program. Since the program started its has been impossible to use your credits at least for me. I did get Amanda to process one order manually. I guess she got tired of that. She put me to sending emails to to England. I have yet to receive and response from the email forwarded on Monday.

I am the Partner Manager for TW and if it is the email I think you are referring to I only received it this afternoon. You should by now have been informed your order has been actioned and is ready for shipping. If not then I can guarantee I have not received the email you mention. If you resend it I will action at once. Sorry for the problems you have been having.
