if its a eGo i suggest the LCD eGo kit..1100 mAh will last U more than a full day..and with the battery fully charged or not U will see the battery life..i vape all day long and use 3 1/2 ml e-liquid daily..so any well made cartomizer, avoid plastic tubing ones as they likely to leak(thread 510) that can hold that amount likely to last U all day..regards mafig ps the starter kit is a tank system,i am a fan of the tank setup..only the cartridge hold max 2ml..regards mafig

I worked for Panther. I still have some friends on with Landstar. I know what your looking to do. If your a moderate or heavy vapor user, get at LEAST 2 tanks. I suggest the Acorn tanks with ce2's. They are much easier to fill, little fiddling, and will last a long time. Have the spare ready to go as well.

For a mod, I would get one that lets you change out batteries. The Provari and Paws both take 18650. The Provari lets you decide what volts you use, and the higher you go, the faster the battery wears down. The Paws is 3.7v. It is a good vape machine and its $25, vs Provari's $150+.

Paws and Acorn or Chibi tank(Chibi is for cartos, but not as easy to fill) are sold at Parkes Vaping. Provari is sold at Pro Vape.
The Chibi and Acorn are about $10, so for 2 tanks and 2 paws mods your less than $100. Get yourself 4 18650 batteries too. This way you can vape one Paws, and just switch to the other when it runs down. HAve a tank on each. You should be able to go between stops with no issues. Not sure if you go with a 10 or 14 hour rule, or your stops are closer? But thats what I would recommend to you. I have a Paws and a Buzz. Nothing wrong with the Buzz, I use it more than the Paws, but I think YOU would do better the other way. I know your lifestyle, and if you are a heavy vapor, you can suck down the Buzz batts in 4 hours- I do.

One thing, you should avoid setting a CE2 tank on its side. It will leak...Use a deep cup holder, Or a landyard you can let hang somewhere close to you in the cab. If you have a sleeper, charge your spare batts while you drive and alternate the next day.

The REO always takes some time to get in stock. You'll want to check on the "notify me when available" button and wait.

In the meantime, you might consider an L-Rider VV mod. It takes an 18650 battery. They sell them on Volcanoecigs.com as the Lava Tube.

Two other options for 18650 battery models are: the RoughStack Maxi from MadVapes and the 18650 E-Power (available from Liberty-Flights.com).

I've heard there are issues with the E-Power 18650 model. You might want to consider purchasing a spare button section if you go E-Power.

If you go with RoughStack, make sure you purchase a two 18650 li-on batteries and a charger.

If you're vaping at 3.7 volts or lower, there is an AW 18650 protected battery that gives you 3100 mAh. If you go with a variable voltage mod, like the L-Rider, and like the higher voltage settings, get a high drain AW 18650 IMR battery instead.

I get my batteries from RtdVapor.com. LightHound.com is also a good source.

You might also like the cartomizer Tank from MadVapes that someone suggested earlier. VaporEssence.com also sells cartomizer tanks called The Liquinator; they're pricier than MadVapes, but they come in different sizes.

Ok. So, I suggested a couple of mods in this post: L-Rider, REO, RoughStack. The tricky thing about mods is that you just need to make sure you buy all the accessories to keep them going. The accessories are generally all sold separately. The L-Rider (Lava Tube) actually comes with just about everything except for cartridges or drip tips. If you get a cartomizer tank for it, you're pretty much set. But, you may also consider buying AW 18650 batteries and a 2-bay (or 4-bay) charger with it.

    Good Luck.

thanks guys I am leaning towards a silver bullet with a tank because everything else is out of stock

Just wanted to say I went from the joye 510's to a Silver Bullet and I love this thing.

It should last you AT LEAST one full day of heavy vaping on one battery, but will probably last more. Mine will last for about 3 days with moderate vaping.

Depending on the size of the tank and how much you vape a full tank can last a while(usually 2 days for me at about 4ml in a tank), but being on the road you'll probably want 2, just in case you don't have time to refill.

I've tried the Liquinator tank(cartomizer) and an Arry tank(CE2) and I really like the Arry the best, but they are never in stock. My next buy will probably be some Acorn tanks from Parkes Vaping. The price is great and I really would like a backup tank or two.

As for the Reo's, you can always try the classifieds here if you don't want to wait for a new one.
I've heard lots of good things about them and if I were ever going to try another kind of PV, I would probably have to try a Reo bottomfeeder next.

I've done some serious back and forth comparisons and the Rio is at the top of my list for a first mod. I did register at the site but it seems they are extremely hard to catch one. Everyone is saying they are about the hottest mod on the market at the moment. I put a mail notifier on a beautiful Woodville. I hate it that they only seem to except paypal as payment. This means I'd have to keep $160 in my paypal account if and when my model comes in. (Wouldn't want someone buying "my" Woodville before I get to it in time).

if anyone knows where I can simply order a car passthrough and a tank and tons of other stuff (not silver bullet stuff or passthroughs) please let me know

Any passthrough will work this way, just have to get the car adaptor. I have the eGo passthrough, and as mentioned above, you can unplug it and vape away from power source if you wish. Unplugged you should get about 5 or 6 hours on a charge. You can get one here for $16.99, and if you get a 5 pack of cartos, you get a free bottle of juice.

eGo 510 650mAh USB Passthrough Battery

And the madvapes 510 carto tank will work with this.

I should mention the Eastmall.net Indulgence 3.7 kit would also work for you. If you're comparing an L-Rider VV (i.e. Lava Tube, comparable to a Provari) vs. the Indulgence, the L-Rider would give you more vaping options. I threw in a RoughStack Maxi option, but you would also have to consider a 510 shorty extender to give you some clearance between the button and tank.

    Confused yet?
