I worked for Panther. I still have some friends on with Landstar. I know what your looking to do. If your a moderate or heavy vapor user, get at LEAST 2 tanks. I suggest the Acorn tanks with ce2's. They are much easier to fill, little fiddling, and will last a long time. Have the spare ready to go as well.
For a mod, I would get one that lets you change out batteries. The Provari and Paws both take 18650. The Provari lets you decide what volts you use, and the higher you go, the faster the battery wears down. The Paws is 3.7v. It is a good vape machine and its $25, vs Provari's $150+.
Paws and Acorn or Chibi tank(Chibi is for cartos, but not as easy to fill) are sold at Parkes Vaping. Provari is sold at Pro Vape.
The Chibi and Acorn are about $10, so for 2 tanks and 2 paws mods your less than $100. Get yourself 4 18650 batteries too. This way you can vape one Paws, and just switch to the other when it runs down. HAve a tank on each. You should be able to go between stops with no issues. Not sure if you go with a 10 or 14 hour rule, or your stops are closer? But thats what I would recommend to you. I have a Paws and a Buzz. Nothing wrong with the Buzz, I use it more than the Paws, but I think YOU would do better the other way. I know your lifestyle, and if you are a heavy vapor, you can suck down the Buzz batts in 4 hours- I do.
One thing, you should avoid setting a CE2 tank on its side. It will leak...Use a deep cup holder, Or a landyard you can let hang somewhere close to you in the cab. If you have a sleeper, charge your spare batts while you drive and alternate the next day.
