Trustfire Charger Issue / Questions

Dave-

I ordered a couple of Trustfire TR-100 chargers (separate orders due to poor planning and not wanting to be without a charger for the P+10 before I got my P+18) back in January. They both worked great, charging to 4.18-4.2 volts before the green light came on indicating full charge. I am using the digital meter you sell on the site for testing. Now one of them is not changing to green at full charge (an I assume still charging), I pulled the battery off when I thought it should be done and it tested @ 4.21 V. Retested after being off the charger for a while and got the same reading. I am charging the black AW 18650 2600 mAh protected cells for my P+18. I tried it with a second battery and got the same result. Both batteries only have about 30-40 cycles on them and have never been over-discharged.

I know that overcharging will damage the batteries, but what is considered overcharging? Should I throw the charger out, send it back? I am planning on buying the Pila charger from you. Also, would the single instance of over charging damage the batteries or should they be okay (assuming I keep testing them before and after charge)?

BTW- Loving my Precises :vapor: and can't wait to Kick my P+18, incredible craftsmanship!
