Do you see a golden retriever with a big human smile to the left of this post right now?
You know what? I do see that. So I guess I'm not dreaming then?

But this makes no sense... someone affiliated with government using common sense?
It's like I've been transported to another world.

Also, I'm out of kibble. *wags*
Well, you're damn cute, but that smile freaks me out a bit.
That being said, I would never deny kibble to a four-legged friend.

Sometimes I wish we could elect dogs to be our representatives in government.
At least when they mark their territory, they use pee instead of other people's lives and livelihoods.

A dog represents all that is right, and all that is good.
Yeah, I really love dogs.

I know, it's like British parliament had Opposite Day and a few people managed to slip some logical, sensible legislature past the Old Boys while they were busy trying to remember why they'd put their trousers on backwards.

Let's just hope they don't realize what's happened and come to their lack of senses.

The American Counsel On Science and Health says, " In fact, the nicotine levels present in some new, smoke-free cigarettes — called e-cigarettes, for “electronic” — are no more harmful than the amount of caffeine found in coffee,"

Yay!! They compared nicotine to coffee use!!! Now I'm doing the happy dance ! I have sited others who said that now I have another source. I wonder if the American Counsel On Science and Health had been waiting to post something like this for a long time and just didn't because of fear from their peers reactions. Now they can say Hey, the U.K. Government is advocating it's use so we are in good company.

Thank you Bill and Vocalek.
