Try this the next time you are refilling a cart

I have started doing this recently when refilling cartomizers (from the mouthpiece end) and have had great success:

When the cartomizer appears to be full and juice has started pooling on top of the filler material.

...With the rubber stopper on the battery end in place...

Take one of the rubber caps and place it on the mouthpiece end. Push it up and down like a plunger a few times. This will force the liquid down into the filler material and expel any air. It also seems to push out most of the juice from the center hole as well.

Add more juice if needed and repeat.

Some carts will already be full and this method will have no affect but for me it is working well and I am getting a lot more drops in my carts than I was before I started doing this.

I just LOVE your creativity, it really teaches our customers variations and fine tuning to the art of vaping.
