Trying to blacken my Emit Vapor Shotgun

I am thinking of buying caswell stainless steel blackener to blacken my emit vapor shotgun mod and my SS brushed patriot. I plan on just dunking the components i want blackened in the solution, but i just dont know if that'll work or if its safe for the atomizer parts, seeing as they'll be subjected to heat. I would very much appreciate some words on whether: 1-this will/could work, 2-whether this is safe, and 3- are there any other/safer/easier methods of making my setup black? BTW the mod is made of 304 Stainless Steel.
