Now that I've used the Shotgun mod for over two months, my button has broken in nicely. It's still a stiff button, but that will never change with the magnet. I've cleaned my contacts every few days, usually when I re-wick. The silver plating on the copper is SOLID! All in all, I can't be happier with this mod. I think the button has actually strengthened my pinky finger! When I first bought it, I had to use my ring finger to fire the mod after a couple hits since my pinky got tired ;p Nowadays, it's a pinky throw all the way.

Don't have a Shotgun but I do have the gun metal Grenade. What a beautifully made, hard ... hitting beast of a mod. It has become my favorite mod in my collection which includes: gold V3 Flip, stainless V3 Flip, Ruthless Bomber, and Big Nasty. It's got some good competition but it really does feel and work the best. It's a high quality, made in USA piece of craftsmanship. When the 26650 Ambassador comes out, it will be mine. Love Emit Vapor.

The button is stiff but a little Noalox on the pipe really makes a difference. I've Noalox the top and bottom capr, the button shaft and the locking ring and everything is as smooth as butter.

Yeah, same here. I also like that you can take the thing completely apart. I took mine to the beach with me and some sand snuck up in there. It was a breeze to take it apart, clean it out, then back to vaping.

I have it paired with a Tugboat V2 with the Emit Mortar drip tip. Love this setup.
