Hi everyone, i'm new to this whole thing and i'm trying to pick an e-cig. Here is some info to help you help me:

-I am a hookah smoker, not a cig smoker, so the realistic look doesn't matter to me. I could see benefits to a small or larger model (small would be nice for using in public but large is more what i'm used to holding - like a hookah hose).
-I don't smoke every day, or even every 3 days, but when I do it is for 3-8 hours of almost non-stop drawing while i study or watch movies (so battery life is a plus - or something i can be charging a second set of batteries so i can swap them out, i usually smoke at home)
-The main reason I smoke is to play with the smoke (ie: smoke rings), so dense smoke is my #1 want.
-Not sure if they all do, but if not, something with rechargeable batteries would be nice.
-It would be nice to be able to mix my own solution to save money. I probably won't even put nicotine in there. As i understand it if you make your own you can put more glycerine in and get more of a dense fog.

Think i covered all bases there. I appreciate the help!

I'm not a hooka user, but as a former cigar smoker I can make a couple of suggestions which may work well for you.

1. Joye eGo with an eGo Mega Cylynder atomizer- or Joye eGo Mega Cartomizers.

2. For really heavy vapor... go with something that is 100% VG. Many juice vendors sell 100% VG juice. Cignot (Ecopure Juice) and Freedom Smoke USA are two of many options.

You might also consider a high voltage mod like the GLV 2 from Great Lakes Vapor. This is also one of many options.

Just a few ideas for you. Others may give you other good ideas.

Hi and welcome to ECF. Here's what I'd suggest since you wouldn't be using it a lot Joye eGo Passthru. You don't need anything else but juice and an atomizer with drip tip, or cartomizers. You could get the whole setup for right around $35 shipping included. I would suggest going with the 1000mah battery though since it's only $4 more. You can find it on the drop down menu.
As far as juice, you can find Humco brand VG, USP grade at Walmart for around $3 for a 6 oz bottle. Lorann's flavorings can be purchased at Hobby Lobby for about $2.50.

Thanks everyone, for all the responses.

I looked at the eGo, and the price was awesome definately, but i read some things I didn't like about it, and i'm not crazy about the style.

Cozzicon, I went with the GLV 2 6v. That was exactly what I was looking for, thanks! I really like the way that you hold it, too. I ordered that, some PG, some VG, and about 20-25 different flavorings from that DIY website, LOL. Will be having a ton of fun when it comes in, I am sure.

Appreciate the help guys, will let you know how it goes.

Good luck with your choice. And the GLV 2 is an excellent PV.
