Hey guys, I'm new to this forum, living in Vancouver, BC trying to get my mom to switch to using these e-cigarettes. I bought her a small start kit from Green-Smoke when I was in the Oregon last month and she has taken to them quite nicely. Of course now I'm seeing of all the issues that are rising about getting them on a regular basis.

I have family in the Oregon I see once every couple of months so I can ship there but I am worried about crossing the border on my way back. Do you have to declare these as cigarettes or goods?

I think I'm going to trying to get a list of Canadian retailers that would sell them here in the Vancouver area too to see if that would work as well.

Not sure on boarder crossing but I remember members of another forum in the past (over a year ago) that were truck drivers having issues from time to time when crossing. I have also read that parts of Canada have funky regulations like some not being able to sell flavored with nic, so they sell a 0mg bottle with flavors and a 24mg bottle with no flavor and the consumer can mix as they see necessary. Of course I'm not a expert on Canadian policies and just going off what I have read in the past, there are a lot of members from Canada here so im sure some one with more input will chime in.

Once in the Canada forum look for sticky at top, and put in a request. Lots of places in Canada sell all vape supplies.

It only illegal to import nicotine into Canada, Vapeing is legal, but HC warns that we shouldn't vape.

Also interpretation of our law is another thing all together, but Vapeing is legal here. As well as to have nicotine.
