Trying to order from 3 suppliers and no answers to emails?

Using their site contact forms, I emailed Eastmall & Dietsmokes; and emailed Steve Smilin's guy Chris at the email address he posted. All emails were sent yesterday and none have responded. Yet all of them are posting messages that they want my business (and yours).

I'm trying to do my part for the economy and small business , but I can't order until I get answers to my questions.

Is this normal?

Yesterday was sunday and likely they may be backlogged. I don't know about the rest but dietsmokes replied to my question within an hour or so and was very helpful.
