order 16049 stoped and shipped back to greenhouseone no answers from tim@greenhouseone.com

Hi my order was stoped at border canada and returned back to china the track number is EE623827697CN with canadapost i wrote to tim@greenhouseone.com but there is not answer. Please what i have to do because that was happened more than 3 months ago

I'd send a registered letter to their Toronto location and ensure they have to sign for it.
