Trying to Track an Order

    Hi, I placed an order 03/06 and am wondering if their is any way to track?

    Order ID:
    5881

    Tried to do it on the website by inputing 5881 under the Track My Order tag but it doesnt work.

    there is a way to do it by going to ems website I think , maybe someone can help here ?????


    I will ask at head office if we can get any news on it as well -- will post here if i get anything from them.

    we shipped on Mar.7th, but due to the wrong address, it returned yesterday.
    [15:53:13] Selina: i emailed this guy, but he do not reply me .
    [15:53:18] Di: ok,
    [15:53:26] Di: so we will ship again now - right?

    so they should reship with the correct address today or tomorrow.

    please contact selina and talk to her in email about it to be sure what is happening .

    They should give you a usps tracking number or you should receive a clip and ship notification or a stamps .com notification from the usps depending on which company you use and you should be able to track it this way. It will be a twenty two length number and once you get it og over to the usps track and confirm site enter the number and it will show you where the package is

    I dont mind waiting but I am starting to run low on attys and may pick up a couple (overpriced) attys locally if its going to be a while.

    WHEN GIVING YOUR ADDRESS DETAILS,

    PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS COMING FROM cHINA,

    THEY DO NOT ALWAYS UNDERSTAND THE SHORT FORMS WE USE ----

    EXAMPLE -- ( this is just a made up one -- not real one haha )

    Toronto On Ca 5ET 2F7

    this means nothing to them, it is very confusing for the shippers,

    Please write it in full as it should be -

    Toronto
    Ontario 5ET 2F7
    Canada

    This is true for packages shipped in the US. EastMall uses EMS for shipping from China. The order will have a tracking number posted on the account when it ships and can be tracked using EMS. Once the package reaches the US and is handed over to USPS/Customs. It can be tracked via them.

    once again our kind and helpful people help each other.

    But always remember, the tracking is dependant on the shipping companies updating their info ----

    some packages are delivered to you
    with no tracking having shown at all, -- go figure !! .

    I am having a tracking issue.

    The tracking number i have does not have any record when I punch it into the tracking system.

    What gives?

    Also my order is still showing as preparing on the website.

    Hi Dartman,

    most orders take 10 - 15 business days to arrive to you

    some are held in china shipping or china customs
    some are held in your countries customs,
    usually tracking can be seen after 24 hours of shipping from eastmall.
    BUT there are instances where packages have been delivered with no tracking having shown at all --

    Please -- send to selina in Customer service --
    give her your order number and real name and address used for the order, and the date you made it,
    if you have it a copy of the order invoice from the website when you ordered is helpful.

    she should be able to tell you what is going on with it.
