Tsunami pen not working, help

Hey guys, so I’m super new to this whole gig, but I recently bought a tsunami pen and I just tried it out today. But when I turned it on and held the button down it showed the color red then 3 seconds later blinked white 3 times at me, then when I press it again it blinked red 10-11 times and won’t let me rip my cartridge. Idk what to do or what’s wrong, please help P.s. I charged it for like an hour and a half before I tried it.

If the cartridge is too tight, it may cause a problem. Snug is how tight it needs to be. Unscrew the cart an eighth or a quarter turn and try again.
If this it the first time using the battery, it should be allowed to charge completely. It may take 2-4 hours or more depending on the charger.

Could contact:
Local B&M vape shop (Visit)/someone who knows what their doing -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
