Box. I'm not likely to buy any more tube mods. I've gotten hooked on feeders. With the exception of the surge tank and the vape mate, the only way to have a feeder is a box... but I have to say that it's really hard to think of the Notcigs VVPV or the REO VV Woodville as box mods.

I do have a few tube mods that I like, but they get less and less use as time goes on. There are a couple of circumstances where a rough stack or my triple-v are the right PVs for the moment, but since I discovered feeders, my tube mods just don't get used nearly as much as they used to.

I've got both tube and box styles, and really don't prefer one over the other as far as design. What's more important is comfort and functionality. I don't like top or bottom buttons, I want it on the side. If I want something a bit smaller I'll go with a 14500 boxmod. If I want long runtime I'll use one of my 18650 tube mods. I've never really had anyone give me odd looks for vaping in public, no matter what I happen to be using.

I like tubes....they just fit in my hand, and with mine, the button is right where I want it. They also fit in my pocket better. The wood boxes are really pretty....but just aren't "comfortable" for me. I also like using clearmizer tanks...and they look kinda weird on a box (to me).

I like my vvbox mod. Its just a simple plain looking 3AA box. Works for me. I install low voltage lines and sometimes they are in construction sites and my lil box mod is cheap to rebuild If it falls and breaks. It fits in my shirt pocket nice. So far, my box have not broken completely while at work. I have dropped them but that only causes it to scratch or crack and batteries come out and what not. I have used electrical tape to hold my box together so I can vape lol. If it was a provari or even LT and I get one or 2 scratches on it I'd be .......
I had 4 infernos when I started 19 months ago. They were nice. Fits really nice in the hand but I guess I used to my box so a tube just don't cut it. Plus it gives me a reason to ask ppl "Does this box even look like a cigarette??" If they give me problems. lol

I like both as well but the ease of dropping a small box mod with a 3ml tank in a shirt pocket make it an easy choice when I am out and about.

Now I do have shirts that have a sewn in pen pocket on the regular pocket...when wearing one of those shirts I will normally drop an eGo battery with a Stardust on it for walking around. So I am not really married to one style or the other but rather I tend to choose based on the pocket of the shirt I am wearing. If I am not wearing a shirt with pockets I use the box mod in a cell phone pouch on my belt.

I thought about a box mod and then looked down at my hands with their curves of weakened muscle, aching tendons and stiffened joints. Corners (even when rounded) do not a guarantee a decent hold and 'gravitational anomalies' (where the object just drops from one's fingers for no apparent reason) seem to happen more with box shapes.

Tube mod definitely.

Because it is expected, I shall say this only once: "Brandon.... tuuuuube!!!"

Love to All

Tube or box makes no difference in the vape and that's all I care about. What are you looking to change? Answer that question and you narrow things down. If you've narrowed it down to the point that you only have to decide whether you'd prefer a tube or a box, then you look at what will fit your lifestyle best. Boxes do have one advantage. They don't roll.
