I was using 15mg when I got my first Reo. Was not too bad but the first day I did feel it, I am back to 18mg now and usage has kind of leveled off.

I was vaping 24mg, felt a little sick. A goods night rest did the trick. I added about 25% VG the next day to lower the nic.
