Tugboat anarchy top cap?

Does anyone have that new tugboat top cap that's sorta of like the mutation? Does it have more or less airflow than the mutation and how good it it compares to the normal tugboat top cap? Thanks guys!

Well it has 2 more holes then the Tugboat does. 1 more on each side. so you could assume more airflow. Not sure if it would be more or less then the Mutation though. But now I am very interested in this top cap. I love my Tugboat! Love it!!
