Tuglyfe DNA 200 resistance problem

A week ago, I won a tuglyfe DNA200 in a raffle. I plugged it into escribe, updated the firmware and for the first 4 days it worked perfectly. On day 5, I noticed that it was reading resistance .2 ohms high. This happens on all attys I own, across several different coil types. I have tried:

1. Check for solid connection
2. Check mod resistance (set to .009)
3. Soft/hard reset in Escribe
4. Restore to default/reupdate firmware

None of these have solved the problem. Do you guys have any advice?

I'd just remember what it's doing and adjust watts/temp accordingly. No real danger unless you're trying to go to the bleeding edge. An ohmmeter that can accurately measure to 3 decimal places-- which you need if your worried about 2 decimal places-- is expensive and more than most mods can contain. All mods have calibration issues. It isn't usually a problem.

I used solicit copper wire through the posts of an atty. Not as accurate as a solid plug, but that is what was available.

Also, it isn't performing like you would expect. With my cleito for example, it's reading the pre-made coil at .63 where all my other mods read .43. You would expect a .63 at the same wattage to be a hotter vape because it is higher voltage, but the vape is cold and tasteless.

So you short out an 1 atty with a copper wire and it reads 0.009
but every other atty it reads 0.2 higher that it is supposed to?

Yep. I also tried changing the mod resistance value to see if i added the .2 to the mod resistance to make up the difference would make any difference, but that didn't fix it, either. I'm going try to get some star bits and open it up. My local b&m probably has a multimeter so I can try to measure the resistance between the board and the 510

Just to follow up, the issue has been resolved. I ran my initial sorry test and the resistance came out to .12. My Tuglyfe is now reading the same as my lavabox.

I have had numerous problems on my DNA Mods even though they are set up properly, usually try tweaking the resistance or up the TCR. That will usually fix the issue
