I just got mine yesterday. I am pretty happy with it. I like it's clean lines - very nemesis like.
The fit and finish is pretty nice. The main tube is a little darker than the other tubes. Probably something to do with the etching process. I may try to polish it up some. The etching is raised, nice and dark. The polished top cap and lock ring are very well polished. The tubes don't fit seamlessly, but they still fit quite well.
I'm not a huge fan of the tiny floating 510 center pin. It was very tight - so I used a filed to open the hole in the delrin a hair to make it "float" a little easier - but still tight enough that it doesn't just fall out. The delrin insulator just pops in the top cap. Not much holding it in place. It would be better if it was screwed in.
I swapped out the switch spring - which is a nice copper (plated?) spring.
The battery rattle adjustment works - but not perfectly with magnets in the switch.
I had ordered some magnets from FatDaddyVapes (yes, a little expensive - but fit and work very well).
I'm using a new flat top Efest purple 30a and when the battery rattle is adjusted - the switch firing pin no longer makes contact. Now that very well may be caused by the magnets not giving the switch contact pin enough travel. But I just use a magnet spacer on my battery anyhow. I'll have to change back to the spring to test it.
The threading is very good. The standard threaded lock ring travel is long its about 4.5 full (360 degree turns) - when you are twisting it usually you only turn about 180 degrees - so that would make about 10 twists of full travel. But mine does spin fairly freely so it's not bad. I assume that is how it has to be due to the design of the battery rattle adjuster. The switch seemed a little crunchy with the spring in it. I swapped to the magnets as soon as I took it apart - which was right out of the box. Also cleaned a polished the switch pin rod. Now it's a short throw, no crunchy and stands without firing unlocked. I actually only have to unscrew the lock ring 180 (half turn) to get it to fire. Not sure if that's the same case with the spring in it.
Ok. enough rambling. Here's a BUNCH of iphone pics I took.
