Just put up a video on making a Microcoil with cotton wick for the kayfun. Same principal applies to other rba's out there. It is a bit of a beast at 40 minutes long, but the actual coil wrapping starts at about 7 minutes in. Some of you will be able to merrily skip through swathes of it, but the detail needs to be there for people at the beginning of their rebuilding career. Hope you enjoy.
