This jist will say that you are agreeing that you are over 18 years old and of legal smoking age, that nicotine in high concentrations is poisonous, should NOT be ingested AND that some people are known to have allergic reactions to propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin, that you are aware of this and by purchasing our product you are waiving Tasty Vapor from any medical liabilities.

I know this may seem excessive, especially since I consider my client base rather intelligent. However, there is always those people who have to test the boundaries of their allergies of their sense of "extremism".

The unfortunate thing is that if someone REALLY wanted to get around that waiver there are ways to do that too...it is truly a shame that there are those in our society today that are so letigious.

I'm surprised that a hold harmless agreement isn't commonplace. I'd want one if I were you - not that anything will happen, but we live in a CYA world, and at least by having one if someone decides to drink the stuff, at least you've attempted to inform them.

A good litigator can get around any waiver. (Or so they claim, and I can believe it.) But it's the only protection you've got against the scoundrels and it'll deter all but the most determined.

Heck, you could add three boxes waiving yourself of liability for selling to falsely-age-identified minors, potential health hazards, and hungry roommates getting angry when they discover that the aroma was not actually coming from something edible.... and it would add about five seconds to the ordering process. No problem.

Yes// especially in a world where the quick buck is in law suits, nowadays... I would always recommend doing this. You never know when you have a person burn themselves with a cup of coffee and then, wonder what the hell the coffee was hot for!!!!! Dumba$$es... I tell you, that person laughed that one all the way to the bank. So, in other words.. Take whatever action you feel necessary.. I would even go as far as to say that you set your site up as a members only site.. where the customer has to set up a registration and can only order from you with valid proof that they are eighteen. I guarantee that the FDA and Fed are going to try their best to crack down on .. at least the juice to make sure they corner the availability of the market for vaping.
