TV Question

I have been thinking about ordering from Tasty Vapors but would like to know if the TH is there in the sweet flavors? My experience (which isn't much) with the tobacco flavors so far has been that the menthol/cinnamon/mint additions offer the best TH. TH is important to me since I have only been smoke free for about 11 days so far so I would hate to place an order and find that they taste good but no TH. If anyone here can answer that question I will appreciate it.

BTW- I do realize that certain flavors like Atomic Cinnacide will have plenty of TH but would like to try some other flavors.

All of the flavors I have tried have excellent throat hit, even super sweet ones like Boston Cream Pie and German Chocolate Cake. Tasty finger has so much throat hit that it almost hurts (in a good way) when I vape it constantly. Then again, I vape 36mg and the higher the Mg the better the throat hit (IMO)

I also use 36 mg so it should work the same. Thanks for the answer I have just ordered so many juices over the last few weeks and I wanted to do my homework before buying anymore.

Smart move, I have spend LOTS and LOTS of money trying to find the perfect liquid... Then I found TV, and my search has stopped.

I hope so. I have spent way too much also. I have found a great menthol that I like but now as many here have told me, my tastebuds are coming back to life and I would like something for a change. I just wish that TV offered smaller sampler size bottles.

The swap thread is an excellent place to get samples! Say you buy a 1oz flavor, then trade 5ml to someone for 5ml of something you want to try... You like the flavor, buy it, trade 5ml to someone else for a flavor you want to try.. So on and so on. This is what I am doing

This all is very subjective. I ordered seven flavors from TV and been vaping them for two+ weeks. I'm surprised that menthol tobacco is my favorite. Atomic cinnacide being the worst. The rest is OK. I guess I haven't found my e-liquid yet...

I use tastyvapor juice everday and love it. Throat hit wise is going to depend on your nictotine level and percentage of pG in the juice. I vape 24mg and have nice TH. I get my juice made with 80% pg and 20%vg. PG increases TH while VG increases vapor amount. The default for tastyvapor juice is the 80/20 But you can ask them to cut it different if you want.
As far as flavors and TH I haven't noticed a difference between sweet flavors vs tobacco flavors. For me I can only tell changes in TH when I drop my nicotine levels. I tried ordering some woth zero nicotine and got zero TH. It was not good.
I would recomend trying their juice, they are one of a kind and a great deal per ml.

I received Tastyfinger for the first time 8 days ago. I do like it a lot BUT I wish it had a little more flavor in it and also more TH. I got 36mg with 65PG and 35VG. If I order it at the same 36mg but with 80PG and 20VG will it make the flavor stronger plus give me more TH too? What if I order it 90PG and 10VG .. would that give even more flavor and more TH?

I am not sure but about the TV but I know that I don't like VG in any flavor that I have tried. I buy only 100% PG. The VG also changes flavor a little in my opinion. I use 36 mg with 100% PG and get great throat hit. Of course I use menthol and from what I understand you get better TH with it anyway. I am going to check out that swap thread. I prefer 18-24mg nic levels. I get a decent TH from tobacco / tobacco menthol, but to me I seem to get the most from TastyFinger. To me it did improve with age and I love it a lot and have to force myself to use other liquids that I have in abundance

I also got some mint chocolate chip from a swap and it was great in terms of flavor and throat hit. I say "was" because it's almost gone but I've almost been vaping it non-stop and have to restrain myself from ordering it as a flavor of the week...

I think the chocolate flavor(s) (there are a few I think, used for different purposes) may carry a certain "robustness" that makes the throat hit more apparent. Ok, the only chocolate flavored liquids I've had from them are those two I mentioned, but I don't get seem to get much TH from 24mg key lime pie (all PG) compared to the chocolatey ones I've got.

I haven't gone above 20% VG and doubt I will ever want to. I have a mix of 100% PG and 20% VG liquids and appreciate the extra vapor from the VG, but I think 20% is just right.

My experience exactly! I must have spent over $200 on juice that was so-so at best until I found TV. Buying their doublers I can vape 5ml/day at a cost of $20/mo.

When I first tried Tastyfinger I thought it was very good. But not quite as intense as I would like it.

If you add 2 or 3 drops of Rum to 10ml it makes the flavor come alive and gives it a better TH.

As with any DIY, do a small test batch BEFORE you alter your entire supply.

You might want to check the pay it forward forum area. Last night on the main PIF thread a sampler of about 10 TV liquids came up, I put up 3 10ml TVs, etc.
There's a Wants and Needs thread too. In it you can say that you would like to try a couple of small TV samples.

I used Cheap Dark 80 Proof Rum. I think Dark Rum is Sweeter than White Rum and that was what I think would be the best for Tastyfinger. But White Rum or Even Vodka probably would have the same effect.

Two things that I would suggest for any DIY.

Use weaker ingredients if possible. It is easier, and cheaper, to work with 80 Proof Liquor that it is to work with 151 or higher proof. Sometime you can add too much or accidentally get too many drops in a DIY. If you are using lower concentrations, 80 vs. 151 Proof, it doesn’t effect it as much.

ALLWAYS do a Small test batch BEFORE you do anything to your entire supply. I like working on a 5ml batch because 5ml is roughly 100 drops from a “standard” eye dropper. So every drop is 1%. Add 4 drops of Rum and like it, Great, Your recipe then is 4% Rum added. Makes doing any size batch easy when you work in percentages.
