I am so very glad I found this show online and gave it a chance, it's the best quality series I've seen in a long time. It's set it Australia in 1953 as it starts out, the production values are very good, acting too, and the storyline/plot is quite absorbing. For people my age I think this one is much more satisfying and entertaining that some of the stuff they are putting out now, with all the graphic sex and violence. Oh sure, people were just as treacherous and lascivious back then, but they did it all with a lot more class and style. They were not so very obvious about it, and there were admirable social forms in place we sadly lack now.
