TV Tobacco + ???

I've gotten to where TV tobacco is my favorite tobacco vape. But that doesn't necessarily mean I'm not curious about experimenting with it. Specifically, I've been curious about other tobacco essences--perique and (especially) latakia--available as flavoring from other vendors. Has anybody here tried mixing either w/ TV Tobacco? If so, how much and how did it work out?

Careful with those essences, they've been known to render tobacco liquids into perfume. Especially Latakia. Added in VERY small amounts, perique, latakia, tobacco key accord, etc. can lend a very interesting accent to a liquid, but if you don't know what you're doing...it can get expensive.

You mean like less than a drop per ml?

well i put 3 drops in a 3ml and all i could taste was perique. maybe 1 drop or less per ml

I'm really grateful for this advice as my instinct might have been to go much heavier than necessary, and what I think I'd like is just a slight hint of Latakia. For me, maybe one drop to 5ml would do what I want.

My little vial of Flavourart Latakia came in a few days ago, so yesterday I thought I'd experiment--very conservatively, and I needed to mix up some more TV Tobacco and doubler anyway. So I made up 8ML and added just two drops of Latakia. Ideally, I guess I'd be waiting some days to let the mix marinate (or whatever), and other factors like the condition of my atty and what's been in it may be playing a part. But a day later, I think I'm getting that note and liking it. It seems to add just a touch of harshness that I like. A couple or three more days may tell more. (It'll last that long at least, since I vape other stuff in the course of a day.) I suspect I could have gone heavier with it, but I'm looking at this as a way to fine-tune a flavor that I already like, rather than create something dramatically different.
