Sorry that you had a terrible experience with TW. I am faily new to the ecig world, and besides getting ripped at the mall kiosk, i have purchased a Tornado/Screwdriver/all my supplies with TW. I do realize their prices are high, but I dont mind paying due to their (in my experiences) customer service. I have ordered 5 times from TW and from the time I ordered, i had it at my doorstep in 3 days. I do not work for TW, just a customer. I am willing to try other companies, and I surely will.

You have a picture of the devil right on your avatar...

Actually I've had good shipping with two orders from TW. I usually order from other places though. Many of the other sites are much better CS and prices and just as good at shipping.

I agree.. hmm not a employee you say? very peculiar indeed. (sorry just got done watching sherlock holmes :D) And i really dont wanna waste the time to get my money back. It would take atleast a couple weeks to even get a chargeback. But i am going to file a very large complaint with the head of operations of their US location.

I assure you i ordered 4 tornado kits....a bunch of juice and i don't give a **** for a company that does not value its customers. They lost a bunch of tornado orders that went straight to Janty. All because of a DOA battery they were too stupid not to consider within warranty. They are sitting on a pile of money and don't care if it ends. That is just stupid! Instead of wasting money trying to lure new customers they should try and do thei best to keep the existing ones. They are served by some real STUPID people regarding customer service. When i asked about that DOA battery they could have seen that 2 more kits were on their way...i could easily swap batteries as they are not numbered. But...they were so stupid that i did not care anymore...

Now..the funny thing is: if they accepted that the battery was within warranty, i would be satisfied with just the answer! I would not ship the DOA battery to them as it would cost me more than a new battery... I just need to know what i , as a customer, mean to anyone doing business with me.

P.S. BTW...loved the avatar. NOT!

I like several others have had a less than great experience with TW's bulk products that come with no warranty. After a particularly bad batch of attys I went no where near their site for at least six months. Janty hasn't had a lot of Ego stock so, back to TW I went. Over the past 60 days I've ordered a 5 pack of both white and black Tornado batteries. I also picked up three of the new red batteries and ten LR attys. I'm happy to report that all arrived at my door very fast and everything was in working order.

You'll note that I didn't finish with the words 'Contact so and so at TW and I'm sure that they will....
Those posts in response to someone describing a poor experience are, in my opinion less than helpful and rather annoying.
I think that those willing to provide details of a bad experience are not only providing a service to the end users here on the forum but for a supplier worth his salt they are valuable as well. I'm sure that someone with TW will see your post and, if they in response reach out to you and attempt to make things right it will say a lot about them and their company.

Yeah, TW sux, that's for sure. I wrote the below about 2 months ago on their site and the owner just delted it - twice at that. And another beef I have with them is that on the Tornado kit they just give you the regular 510 charger and not the USB charger that Joye or Janty kits have. It charges the battery in 1.5 hours vs 5. Another case of them sticking it to the customer.

It was titled "This non return policy just ain't right!"

Well, TW says on multipacks such as the 5 pack Tornado that there is no warranty and I've discoverd that means on DOA items too. You'd think they'd cover obvious DOAs especially in the well documented cases of battery buttons sticking. In addition, you'd think that the mfg would assume responsiblity and grant returns from suppliers. Hell, it's a manufacturing defect and they want us to fully shoulder the burden of their mistakes. Sure, thye'll corrct the problem at some point but what about us that have suffered loss due to it in the meantime? This problem should have been caught in development anyway. There are enough of us out there having the problem that at the least some sort of quality control sampling during testing and mfg would have caught it.

They said that I could request that each battery be tested before being shipped. But that wouldn't have helped in this case anyway. I haven't seen that stated anywhere on the site, at least not on the pages with the batteries or other multipacks. If the warranty doesn't even cover DOAs then it should state that on the same page as the batteries and other multipack items in the warranty info.
The best way to handle this IMHO is to charge a little more for the packs and then grant DOA returns that are reported in say three days and not get people mad when they are in that condition. I won't be buying any more multi packs from them and maybe not anything else either. This really burns me up!

Wrong, I posted this on the fourm and got no response whatsoever. The above followed what I posted below. It was all in one mail to her. Bottom line is that they just don't care what we think evidently.

The following mail has been sent to Patricia Centari, Operations Director for TW USA via e-mail and PM and to the services manager Alex via her direct email address product@totallywicked-eliquid.com
Patti,
I feel that I must let you know that TW is suffering greatly because of your company's policy of not allowing DOA returns of multipack Tornado batteries and other customer service issues mentioned in my post and the other ECF threads below.
There are a lot of angry people out there and many are swearing not to order from your company again. I called your company about this issue and the lady that answered said she asked you and you said that there would be no replacements of DOA batts. Well, that policy has everyone up in arms as is pretty much laid out below. People simply don't think they are getting a square deal or proper customer service
I posted the following message on the TW forum and today Pillbox38 deleted it with out even responding to it. There were more than 30 responses, 99% of them negative, against the policy and the company in general - so he chose to ignore the problems. I am a business owner myself and you can bet that I would address the problems head on and not just ignore them. Luckily, I had written it in Notepad and saved it so I can post it again. What arrogance to just delete a customer's thread!

I completely agree. And TW's overall lack of caring for their customers is inexcusable. I seriously am never buying from TW again. There are so many other companies out there where you can get the same quality product for half the price and also get way better customer service.

And seriously i hope someone from TW will read my thread. They need to learn how to conduct business respectfully and consistently do so instead of just worrying about making that extra buck. Make the customers happy and you ultimately make more money.

I think this is a case of being a big fish in a small pond, there is not one single retailer on this site that has not had people make a thread about them in which the customer was not happy.

When you have more customers you have more complaints it's as simple as that.

It sucks when you have a bad experence but I have placed multiple orders with TW and have never had a problem.

I'm not a big fan of the whole no warranty or doa replacement on multipacks of batterys and attys but my solution to that was to not buy them.

If TW ever chooses to change that policy then they will get even more business from me than they already do.
