I completely agree. And TW's overall lack of caring for their customers is inexcusable. I seriously am never buying from TW again. There are so many other companies out there where you can get the same quality product for half the price and also get way better customer service.


And seriously i hope someone from TW will read my thread. They need to learn how to conduct business respectfully and consistently do so instead of just worrying about making that extra buck. Make the customers happy and you ultimately make more money.

Dunno. I do see that Totally Wicked is back on the Supplier List. And that's
good because I also saw, by a post in there, that they're having a sale.
Would not have known, otherwise. Gonna give their juice a try. Looking
forward to a sixth rather large order going smoothly, as always, for me. I
think it's a karma-thing.

Just recieved a call from TW. To make up for the issues they are sending me out a black manual 510 batt and a 510 atty. Everything has been resolved to be completely clear.

If a mod could close this thread it would be great.

Glad they took care of your problem. Makes me feel better about ordering from them. I have previously placed 2 orders with no problems whatsoever. I want some more tornado spare parts and I will probably order from TW a third time.

TW is ok... I cant see their juice to be so superior that they need to charge almost 30.00 for a bottle and then $7.00 for shipping. First Class mail isnt that high and Priority is under $5.00.

Besides,,, if the flavor carts they send with kits are what they sell in those bottles... LOL, they can keep that crap!!!
