TW E-Liquid Bottle Leaked (Photo)

So, I place my first order with TW for e-liquid and some other items. Everything arrived fine but when I opened the e-liquid, I found a sealed bottle that leaked about 1/2 out. This was how it arrived!!

Wrote them yesterday (3/19) and no answer (yet). Let's see how good the customer service really is!!

Well it's darn sure sealed from the photo and that looks like a leak to me. Probably not up yet from a hard days night.

Yes, I finally did get a reply about a week later and a replacement a couple of days after that.

As I finally opened this bottle, it was well over half empty, and tried it. Not to my liking so I have the new replacement for sale in the classified section.

Same thing happened to me twice...Glad i don't really like their juice. All tobacco tastes the same: pretty damn horrible.

I've had so many faulty products delivered to me by TW in their 5 packs products that I can't even count.

Never order 5 packs stuff from them. Ever!

I have had rates of failures close to 80% with their 5 packs products! Yes 80% failure!

But for the sake of accuracy, I believe that this bottle leaking problem is not due to their bad business practice (like in their 5 packs stuff), but only to a pressurization and depressurization process that happens often with liquid containers, shipped by air.
